About this house rental

Welcome to your perfect home base in Grandview, Missouri! This stunning newly remodeled 4-bedroom retreat comfortably sleeps 10 guests. It’s ideal for family reunions, sports teams, business trips, or friends visiting Kansas City.

Enjoy spacious open living areas, comfortable beds with fresh linens, a warm welcoming vibe, and a big back deck perfect for big group gatherings. Every detail is designed to make you feel right at home.

This property does have a basement studio, so although noise cancellation precautions are in place, some minor noise is expected from downstairs tenants.

They have their own separate entrance through the garage, so you won’t see them coming and going.

This setup is designed so it doesn’t interfere with your stay at all — the entire main house, driveway and backyard are yours to enjoy exclusively during your reservation. You’ll have full privacy and access to everything listed.
