• Hours: Open daily from dawn to dusk.

• Safety First: No lifeguard on duty—swim at your own risk. Maximum depth is 4 feet; NO DIVING allowed.

• Children: Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Non-toilet-trained children must wear rubber/plastic swim pants.

• Food & Drinks: Strictly no food, beverages, or glass objects allowed in the pool or wet deck area.

• Furniture Protection: If using suntan oil or lotions, you must cover the poolside lounge chairs completely with a towel.

• Hygiene: Showering is mandatory before entering the pool. Do not use the pool if you are sick or have diarrhea.

• Prohibitions: No pets, running, jumping, or ball/frisbee games allowed in the pool area. Music is only permitted via headphones.

💪 State-of-the-art fitness center

• Age Limit: Must be 16+ years old to enter and use the facility.

• Dress Code: Proper fitness attire and athletic footwear are required at all times.

• Noise & Phone Policy: No loudspeakers allowed (headphones must be used). Please keep personal phone conversations brief and quiet.

Application & Building Requirements:



Please note that the building requires all applicants to complete an application process prior to approval:



-Application: Each applicant must complete and submit the online application.

-Application Fee: A $100 application fee per applicant is required.

-Processing Time: Standard processing may take up to 10 business days.

-Expedited Processing: Available for a total fee of $150 per applicant, with processing generally taking 3–5 business days.

-Security Deposit: The Association requires a security deposit equal to one month’s rent. This may be provided by the owner and/or tenant and is held as security against potential damage to the building’s common areas.

-Orientation: Once approved, guests are encouraged to schedule a brief 30-minute orientation with the Management Office.



IMPORTANT APPLICATION & APPROVAL INFORMATION

Please review the following requirements before submitting your application:



-Expedited Processing Fee: The $150 expedited processing fee applies to the entire application, not to each individual tenant. All adults who will reside in the unit must be included within the same application.

-Background & Credit Screening: The background and credit check can begin as soon as the online application has been completed and submitted. The Association deposit does not need to be received to begin the screening process.

-Association Deposit: Although the deposit is not required to start the screening, it must be received before the Association can issue the final approval letter.

-Payment Method: The deposit must be provided only by cashier’s check or money order, payable to Paraiso Bayviews Condominium Association.



Please submit all required information and documentation promptly to help avoid delays. Plan accordingly, as processing and approval times are determined by the building’s management and the Association and are beyond our control.



First-Day Essentials Upon arrival, your apartment will be stocked with basic supplies to ensure a smooth and comfortable start to your stay.
