The location of the apartment is perfect — everything is within easy reach, yet the windows face an inner courtyard, so it's very quiet inside. The courtyard is gated, very safe and clean.
The apartment itself is spotless. Everything you need for cleaning is provided, along with a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The kitchen is well equipped, with plenty of dishes and good, sharp knives.
The sofa is comfortable for two people. The bed is quite comfortable too, although it's rather small — best suited to a slim couple.
The bathroom is convenient and well designed, with a shower and bidet.
Edoardo is an excellent host, always available and ready to help with anything.
Supermarkets and other shops are also just a short walk away.
The kitchen could use an electric kettle and lids for the frying pans. There is no oven either. There was no olive oil, but I bought some and left it there, so future guests will have it for a while! :) Salt, pepper, coffee and tea were provided.
There were mosquitoes in the bedroom at night, even at the end of October. An electric mosquito repellent is definitely needed for a good night's sleep.

El apartaestudio por dentro es lindo y está cerca del centro, pero la experiencia fue pésima. Si viajas con personas mayores, NO recomiendo este lugar bajo ninguna circunstancia. El primer día tuvimos un inconveniente porque mis padres no podían abrir el ascensor y el encargado del edificio (un señor mayor) fue un paranoico: nos gritó y nos tiró insultos de forma sumamente grosera. Además, el ascensor no funciona y nos tocó subir 4 pisos por unas escaleras que son sumamente empinadas. El pésimo trato y la falta de accesibilidad arruinan por completo el viaje.

The apartment’s biggest advantage is its excellent location, with most of Milan’s main attractions within walking distance.
Our overall experience was less comfortable than expected. The apartment was covered with an excessive number of rules, warnings and instructions, creating an unnecessarily stressful and unwelcoming atmosphere. At times, it felt as though protecting the property and its linens was a greater priority than ensuring guests felt comfortable. This was particularly disappointing given that the bathroom was in serious need of renovation, the towels were very worn out, and the bed was too small for two adults. Accessibility was another issue: the extremely narrow elevator and the stairs made reaching the apartment with luggage quite challenging, particularly for anyone with mobility difficulties.
The host’s attitude was also disappointing. During our stay, violent protests and vandalism took place just steps away from the apartment. Despite the situation, the host never reached out to check whether we were safe. When I contacted the host asking for information about possible further disruptions, the response was simply that they did not live in Milan and that I should contact the tourist information centre. While I did not expect the host to predict events, a little concern or willingness to help would have been appreciated. Overall, a conveniently located apartment, but one that would benefit greatly from better maintenance, fewer restrictive notices and a more guest-oriented approach to hospitality.
