The location was excellent, and the space was very clean and well maintained. The check-in process was seamless and well organised, which made arrival very easy. Overall, it was a lovely and comfortable environment.

There were a few things that could be improved. There was no chair in the room, and there was no soap dish or holder in the bathroom, so I had to place my soap and body scrub on the floor while showering. The sink was also quite small, and there was no cup or holder for a toothbrush, meaning I had to keep putting my toothbrush back in my bag after each use. I was also disappointed to find that the kitchen was shared with other guests, as this was not something I was expecting when I made the booking. On the night of arrival, other guests were cooking quite late, around 11pm, without the windows or doors being opened for ventilation. The strong cooking smell spread into the kitchen and onto my clothes, which was quite unpleasant. I think it would be helpful if the shared kitchen arrangement was made much clearer in the property description, so guests know exactly what to expect before booking.

Superb location , comfortable and everything close by - walking distances

The location and transport was good.

It was very hot at night and there was no hot water in the shower the last morning. The kitchen wasn’t always cleaned up on the counters.
