清潔、おしゃれ。広い。立地がとにかく良い。 2段ベッドが広くて個室感があり快適だった。Cタイプの充電ができる。 1階カフェの受付スタッフが親切。 24時間営業の地元スーパー（グリーンストア）とダイソーが徒歩2分のところにあり、お惣菜や日用品に困らない。周りにレストランも沢山あり、食事にはまず困らない。 キッチンにフライパン１つと包丁、お皿、お箸、缶切り電子レンジ、冷蔵庫があり、で簡単な料理が出来る。 タオルを沢山置いてくれていて、夏に2回シャワーをしても全く問題無かった。 八月祭のパレードが部屋からチラッと見え、会場まで1分。 延長コードもあって助かった。
3階だがエレベーターがない。 駐車場が付いていない（お祭りの時は相談させていただきありがとうございました） ザルや鍋もあったら良かった。 湯船や洗濯機があるともっと良かった。
