Enjoyed our stay, room was well thought out and very clean everything you could need was in the room incl fridge freezer, washer, hair iron, dryer etc and kombini and grocery in very close vicinity. Our suite was generously sized for Tokyo stay, we had plenty of room for luggage and toddler play space. Only a couple mins walk from Otsuka station on Yamanote line, very very convenient! Shopping and restaurants are on the other side of the station which was nice because the hotel was on the quieter side which we very appreciated returning to a quiet area after 20k step days. Even experienced a small earthquake and felt very safe. The building was built well, was swaying gently. Management is also very prompt with replying to our questions. Would return for our next visit!
Just a minor inconvenience at the beginning of the stay as I was told key pick up was at Ikebukuro when it was gonna be keyless entry anyway. Shipped luggage to Ikebukuro so I can pick up key and luggage at same time near the keypick up area instead when I could have shipped to a closer location.
Pillows and beds could be more softer but I think the firmness is normal Japanese standards.
Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. Thank you.
