①浅草観光に徒歩圏内！好立地なのに安い！
②2026年新築キレイ！虫とかホコリとか一切無かった！
③狭いけれど安いので満足！シャワーの強さがすごく良い。海外旅行とかのホテルだとシャワーすごく弱い部屋あるけど、ココはものすごくシャワー強いので気持ちいい。たぶん、外国人の方は喜ばれるのではないだろうか？と思う。
④羽田空港へは都営浅草線浅草駅に行けば乗り換え無し直通で行ける。
⑤ディズニーへは朝5:00蔵前駅乗れば6:00過ぎにディズニー列に並ぶことが出来ました！お陰でソアリンにDPA無しで45分待ちくらいですぐ乗れました。少し遅れたら160分待ちとかになってました。
⑥隅田川まて徒歩5分かからない。隅田川の夜のライトアップとスカイツリーの夜のライトアップがあまりにもキレイに撮影できます！
⑦洗濯機と洗剤があるので、すぐ洗濯できます。洗濯干しもあるので、外出中に干しておくこともできます。どうしても乾かなかったものは、ドライヤーで乾かしました。
⑧ウォシュレットで便座がとても暖かった！
⑨googleTVがあるので、googleアカウントでログインすると、自分がいつもみてるYouTubeやディズニープラスを見ることが出来ました。チェックアウト前に、アカウント情報が残らないよう初期化した方が良いと思います。
①階段はかなり急勾配で狭いです。足腰の弱い方にはきついと思います。
②小さい冷蔵庫なのですが、右上の冷凍部分？なのかな？うまく使い方がわからなくて水浸しになることがありました。

This is my 2nd time staying at this place and it is exactly how I initially described it. It is a tiny apartment that has all amenities you might need as a solo traveler. It’s located just a short walk away from Asakusa station and a convenience store.

Je n’ai pas assez de mots pour décrire ce petit nid coquet, cosy, neuf, calme, reposant, d’une propreté absolue, au rapport qualité/prix indiscutable.
Je recommande très très vivement.
Rien tout était absolument parfait.

The building is located pretty centrally with many different stations a short walking distance away. The apartment itself is tiny but comfortable and has everything you might need and the friendly owner makes sure you have any amenities you need.
