Красивое место

Agus has a lovely house on top of a hill right in Ubud. Restaurants, spas and warungs are in walking distance. They are very open and their house is a dream come true. The House is very well built and i never even had to use the air conditioning. In the garden there is a small self-built pool and Agus will turn on two little water falls to make it even better. the room was huge compared to other places i have stayed at in Bali and the extra large batbroom was equipped with lava rocks on the floor and tiles to walk on, which had exactly the distance needed to reach the toilet, sink and bathtub. The bed was super comfortable and the vegetation around the house lets you feel like you are in the middle of a jungle. It is about 1.5 km from the heart of Ubud and you can easily walk there, but most of the times i took my scooter ( lazy me) to get to the very center of Ubud. There was only the occasional ant walking around, but only ever one at a time and not a whole colony. Little to none mosquitos bothered me. What was exceptional was the open kitchen in front of the actual room. When I arrived i got my very own 20 liter water dispenser with electrical Pump on top and there was also one in the common area, but i didnt use it because i had my own. The kitchen had a huge frige, pots, bowls , pans, cups, silverware, sink, water kettle and gas cooker as well as a seating area. On the day of checking out i could leave my suff there to visit ubud monkey forrest without luggage and then picked it up when going to my next destination in the afternoon. I had a lit of great talks with Agus which made me really feel like home. You can park your bike Outside ( only 3 fit there or 2 depending on the others parking skills) but on the inside there is plenty extra parking space ( for bikes only) if you dont want to have it on the "street". Street because it is only for scooters and locals walking. The main street with Cars is about 150 meters (450 ft ) away.

There is nothing that i did not like

This place is super cool, the owners are kind and interesting, the small pool was an added bonus, the kitchen was just what we needed, its a family business outside the complete busle of Ubud.

Great value for money! The rooms were very clean and well maintained. The owners are so lovely & welcoming! Really felt at home. Will definitely return
