The owners are very responsive to questions about the property. A well detailed notebook is available describing the area and attractions, etc. The kitchen area was well supplied for any cooking you would like to do. There is a medium sized refrigerator and freezer for food storage. The bed was super comfortable and the area very quite.
The house sits on a hill side with a nice view of the mountains. There is a short walk to the top of the hill where there is an area with hammocks or just to relax and watch the sunrise, or sunset.
Initially I stayed one night. I was disappointed I didn't book a longer stay in the area. There is lots to see nearby at Zion National Park. P.S. I did rebook the house on my travels back home so I could visit more of the area. :)

"Luxury" was the perfect description. This was clearly designed for self sufficient comfort. A truly ideal stay with far better privacy and comforts than hotels costing double or more. Beautiful setup and location. Everything you need for a very homestyle stay. Location was close enough to major nature and city sites to be very convenient, but tucked into an area with enough open land between homes to remind me of my own rural living (the couple antique tractors in the neighborhood helped). Felt very safe and secure. Nice and quiet.
There was a full set of kitchen appliances with stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee, and even a little dishwasher. Bed linens were much higher quality than a typical hotel. Egyptian cotton? Fibers felt soft and natural. Thin soft blanket and quality comforter as well. Soft but supportive mattress. AC was set to 75 when I arrived in the summer, but would have also been easy to adjust if I had wanted to. Parking was easy up a short gravel incline to a large flat gravel space in front. The little yard sits up from the road and was well manicured. I texted the owner about a late arrival and they had no issues accommodating me. I would certainly recommend this booking.
