The perfect mountain getaway!
We had such a wonderful weekend at Misty Vale Cottage. Perched up on the mountain overlooking the beautiful open fields, the setting is peaceful, private and absolutely breathtaking.
We spent the weekend enjoying a relaxed braai and putting together a delicious cheese platter using the well-equipped kitchen — the cottage has everything you could need. The cold evenings were made even better with a smooth red wine in hand, sitting in front of the crackling fireplace and catching up on some of our favourite TV shows. The in-house Wi-Fi and Smart TV were an added bonus and made those cosy nights even more enjoyable.
Sunday afternoon was spent playing a round of putt-putt at the hotel, which is just one of the many activities on offer. It was the perfect way to spend a relaxed afternoon before heading back to the cottage.
Misty Vale Cottage really offers the perfect combination of beautiful surroundings, comfortable accommodation and all the little touches that make a weekend away feel special. Whether you want to explore, enjoy the activities or simply relax by the fireplace with a glass of wine, it’s an ideal escape.
We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be back!
