The apartment was spacious and perfect for families. Having two separate bedrooms made our stay very comfortable. The interior design was modern, clean, and beautifully decorated. The location was also excellent, with Sunshine City shopping mall nearby, along with many restaurants, convenience stores, and supermarkets. Everything we needed was within walking distance. The staff is nice

The room was very clean and comfortable. The location was excellent, close to a shopping mall, and there was even an aquarium nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay

Flat has great location, there are conbinis and big supermarket in neighborhood. It has elevator and it was easy to do self check-in. As for Tokyo this apartment is comfortable and spacious.
In general the flat is old, worn out. This is not a problem, but because of that it looks like it is dirty. For example bathtube, that had a problem with drainage so water was flowing out really slow. No curtain there which makes whole bathroom wet after every shower. Only one tap for both bathtube and sink is inconvenient. Kitchen fronts are dirty and sticky, even pans and rice-cooker were not clean. There is not enough basic kitchen utensils like mugs and plates. All this causes questions about cleanliness of further things like additional bedding, cushions and blankets. No replacement for finished products, dish detergent very diluted.
