Excellent location in the heart of Kennebunkport. Chris the owner is very friendly and helpful. You get a tourist map of downtown Kennebunkport. Breakfast was a souffle, fresh fruit bowl, bacon, cinnamon loaf, and one morning had a blueberry tart. About 1.5 miles from Cape Porpoise and some excellent restaurants down there too. I think there are only 3 rooms to stay in. One on the ground floor and two upstairs. We had our own in room bathroom which is key for B&Bs. Oftentimes we have had to share bathrooms at B&Bs.

There was a problem with the B&B WiFi, it was not a big deal for us but I'm sure it's probably resolved by now.
