The air conditioning in the room is not working, I have to turn off the air conditioning unit and get a fan from the front desk.

Although the hotel is a bit old but most of the facilities are very clean. The hotel staffs are so friendly and we appreciate that small presents from the hotel.

Awa Kanko Hotel is perfectly located at the centre of Tokushima. It is just 5-min walk to Tokushima Railway Station and the main bus terminal. Hotel is clean and tidy. Staff are polite and helpful. Strongly recommended.
