The Space:

The accommodation includes two independent houses located side by side on the same property, allowing your group to remain together while maintaining privacy whenever desired.



Across both homes, you'll find seven inviting bedrooms, nine beds, six full bathrooms, and two additional half bathrooms, providing plenty of space for every guest.

Each house features its own fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living room, and dining area, making it easy to cook, share meals, or spend quality time together.



A highlight of the property is the private rooftop terrace, an excellent place to unwind, enjoy the fresh air, or gather with your group after a day exploring the city. The contemporary style throughout both homes creates a welcoming atmosphere with a balance of comfort and functionality.

Guest Access:

During your stay, you'll have exclusive use of both houses and every area of the property.



Guests are welcome to enjoy all seven bedrooms, both kitchens, living and dining spaces, bathrooms, and the private rooftop terrace without sharing any of these areas with other visitors.



The design of the property allows everyone to spend time together while still having enough personal space to relax comfortably.

The Neighborhood:

Set in a prime location with excellent connectivity, this apartment offers easy access to some of Mexico City's most important destinations. You'll be just a short walk from Hospital Español and only a few minutes away from Polanco, Paseo de la Reforma, and Chapultepec Park, making it an excellent choice for business trips, medical visits, or vacations.



The neighborhood is surrounded by a wide variety of restaurants, cafés, grocery stores, shopping centers, and cultural landmarks, allowing you to experience the best of the city with ease. Combining convenience, a peaceful atmosphere, and a strategic location, it's the perfect place to enjoy your stay in Mexico City.



Getting Around:

Getting around the city is simple thanks to the variety of transportation options available nearby. You can easily use the Metro, Metrobús, or Ecobici bike-sharing system to explore different areas of Mexico City. For added comfort and convenience, ride-sharing services like Uber are also a great option and widely available.



Other Things to Note:

**Once the reservation is made, the number of guests or nights cannot be reduced. As well as no date changes.



*In Mexico City, we do not use heaters or air conditioning. We recommend keeping an eye on the weather forecast and packing accordingly with clothing that best suits the climate :).



*Mexico City has experienced water cuts in the area. In the event of a possible water shortage, we will remain attentive at all times.



* We have a garage available at the house for a medium-sized car. Parking a vehicle, whether inside the property or on public streets, is the sole responsibility of the guest. The accommodation assumes no responsibility for theft, damage, or any other incident affecting vehicles or any belongings left inside them.



TOWELS: We provide one towel per person per stay. Most of our apartments have washing and drying machines, or are located near a laundry service.



Please note that any towels that get permanently stained or damaged will be charged. To avoid this, you will find special towels labeled “makeup” that you can use freely for makeup removal or other products that might stain.



Security Deposit

For reservations made outside of Airbnb, Vrbo, or our website, we require a valid credit card to hold the security deposit. This hold is not a charge and is automatically released upon checkout, provided no damage or violations occur during the stay.



The process is secure and is carried out through a specialized platform to protect your data. We will send you instructions once your reservation is confirmed.
