Designed to accommodate up to 8 guests, this inviting beachfront retreat combines spacious accommodations, coastal comfort, and direct access to Alabama’s sugar-white sands and emerald waters.
Step inside to discover a bright and open living area where expansive windows showcase stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico from multiple angles. Comfortable furnishings and a welcoming atmosphere create the perfect space to gather with family and friends after a day spent on the beach. Just beyond the living room, the private Gulf-front balcony provides a front-row seat to the beauty of the Alabama Gulf Coast.
The Primary suite offers a peaceful retreat with a comfortable King bed and a private en-suite bathroom designed for relaxation and convenience. The guest bedroom provides additional accommodations for family and friends, while built-in hallway bunk beds offer extra sleeping space for younger guests. The thoughtful layout comfortably accommodates up to eight guests while providing privacy and comfort throughout your stay.
The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances, ample counter space, and all the cookware and essentials needed to prepare meals during your vacation. Whether you're making a quick breakfast before heading to the beach or gathering around the dining table for a family dinner, you'll have everything needed to feel right at home.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.
MONTHLY RENTALS
The property offers monthly rentals in the following months: November, December, January, and February. To get a quote on the monthly rental rates for this property, call our reservations team. Additional parking passes may be necessary for monthly rentals based on the length of stay and HOA requirements.

We lucked out on the weather. Swam every day. Place was great for 4 adults. Plenty of everything we needed. Guest room TV was on the fritz and although they said they'd come and check it, no one ever came. Not a huge deal for us though. We really enjoyed and would return to both the building and the unit.

We come every year and love staying at Royal Palm. It is walking distance to Sea and Suds which is nice.

The condo could use an upgrade of furniture, there were no table out on the deck, the bathrooms need a good cleaning in the corners and under cabinets at floor level. The master bedroom need a light in the closet. Cannot adjust the temperature enough it was way too cold for us. I would adjust it to 76 but it would return back a few hours later. However I would return.

Perfect beachfront location, close to many amenities and restaurants. We enjoyed the ease of going to the beach and utilized the pool daily.
The condo itself was comfortable and everyone slept well. There were plenty of plates, cups and bowls. We cooked most of our meals in the condo and didn't have any issue. As another review said, the appliances are aging, but they still work fine.
We will definitely be back and would not hesitant to rent this condo again. I will be recommending it to family and friends.
