About this house rental
Macchia is the Italian word for the dense, fragrant vegetation that embraces the lands touched by the Mediterranean. It is the wild nature surrounding our home, suspended between green and sea.
The wind, the cicadas by day and the crickets by night are the only sounds accompanying the time spent on the sun‑drenched veranda or in any room: a peaceful oasis of beauty, far from the noise and bustle of the surrounding areas.
And then there is Mare - the Sea. From the silver of dawn to the deep blue of the day and the fiery red of sunset, the sea is the absolute protagonist of this incredible landscape, just a few steps from the path leading to the rocks.
To reach the house, one travels along an unpaved road: the area is under strict environmental protection, and asphalt is not allowed to come this far.
Bright light fills the spaces, and the veranda door opens onto a view that surprises every time — a beauty one never gets used to.
The kitchen and bathroom have been renovated while preserving the original tiles of the old building, creating a harmonious continuity between past and present.
The two double bedrooms are comfortable and functional, both equipped with air conditioning.
The master bedroom opens directly onto the veranda, offering a sea view that accompanies every awakening.
