Our comfortable two-bedroom condo features a beautifully renovated kitchen completed in 2025, updated flooring and lighting, fresh paint, and comfortable furnishings. It combines modern conveniences with the warmth and character of a true mountain getaway.

Located just across from the Mt. Crested Butte Base Area, SnowCrest offers breathtaking views of Mt. Crested Butte, easy access to hiking and mountain biking trails, and convenient access to the free Mountain Express shuttle serving both Mt. Crested Butte and historic downtown Crested Butte.

Whether you're visiting for wildflower season, mountain biking, hiking, fishing, scenic chairlift rides, festivals, or Colorado's spectacular fall colors, SnowCrest is the perfect home base for your Rocky Mountain adventure.

SnowCrest Unit 9 enjoys one of the best locations in the community, offering spectacular mountain views while being just a short walk from the base area.

The fully equipped kitchen was renovated in 2025 and includes everything needed to prepare meals during your stay, including a full-size refrigerator, range, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, cookware, dishes, utensils, and a dining table.

The open-concept main level features vaulted ceilings, comfortable seating, a cozy wood-burning fireplace, Smart TV, high-speed internet, and large windows showcasing the surrounding mountains. Step outside onto the private deck to enjoy fresh mountain air and spectacular views of Mt. Crested Butte.

Bedrooms

Upstairs you'll find two comfortable bedrooms, each furnished with a queen bed, quality linens, and some closet storage. Two full bathrooms provide added convenience for families and groups.

Mt. Crested Butte is one of Colorado's premier destinations for outdoor recreation and breathtaking mountain scenery.

Popular activities include hiking, mountain biking, wildflower viewing, scenic chairlift rides, alpine hiking, fly fishing, Jeep and OHV trails, scenic drives, photography, paddleboarding and kayaking, farmers markets, summer concerts, festivals, and spectacular fall colors.

During the summer, ride the Red Lady Express chairlift to the summit for breathtaking panoramic views and access to beautiful alpine hiking trails. It's one of the best ways to experience the incredible scenery of Crested Butte.

Need to stay connected? The condo includes high-speed Spectrum Internet with typical download speeds of approximately 370 Mbps, providing an excellent connection for remote work, video conferencing, streaming, and multiple connected devices.

Guest Access

Guests have access to the entire condominium as well as the community hot tub, shared grilling area, and outdoor gathering spaces.

Parking

One designated parking space and parking permit are included with your reservation.

A valid parking permit must be displayed at all times while parked at SnowCrest.

Please note:

One parking permit is provided for guest use.

Vehicles parked without a valid permit or parked improperly may be towed at the owner's expense.

Overnight street parking is prohibited throughout the Town of Mt. Crested Butte.

Please park only in designated parking spaces and do not block driveways, garages, sidewalks, or fire lanes.

Parking instructions and permit information will be provided before check-in.

Important Information

Stairs

This property is not wheelchair accessible.

Guests should expect stairs from the parking area to the condo, interior stairs leading to both bedrooms and the second bathroom, and additional stairs to access the pedestrian bridge and base village.

Bike Storage

Bike storage is available in the shared locked garage. If you plan to bring bicycles, please inquire with the host at the time of booking so we can discuss available storage options and provide any necessary instructions.

For the safety of all guests and to protect the condo, bicycles are not permitted inside the unit. Guests are responsible for securing their bicycles with their own locks.

Internet and Entertainment

High-speed Spectrum Internet is included.

Smart TVs are located in the living room and both bedrooms.

Guests may sign into their own streaming accounts, including Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Hulu, Disney+, Max, Apple TV+, and YouTube TV.

Cable television is not provided.

No Pets

Pets are not permitted under SnowCrest HOA rules. Unfortunately, no exceptions can be made.

Being a Good Neighbor

SnowCrest is a quiet residential community, and we ask all guests to help preserve its friendly atmosphere by respecting quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM, parking only in designated spaces, driving slowly through the neighborhood, properly disposing of trash and recycling, respecting local wildlife and leaving wildflowers undisturbed, and following any seasonal fire restrictions. Thank you for helping us maintain a wonderful experience for both guests and residents.

About Your Hosts

We love the outdoors and have spent years hiking, mountain biking, backpacking, skiing, and exploring the Rocky Mountains. We live in SnowCrest full-time each winter, so this is truly our home, not simply an investment property. Because we spend so much time here, we take great pride in maintaining and continually improving the condo, including renovating the kitchen in 2025.

During the spring, summer, and fall, we're excited to share our mountain home with guests. We hope you'll enjoy SnowCrest as much as we do and create lasting memories while exploring everything that makes Crested Butte so special.
