The home’s elevated, three-level design captures sweeping main-channel views from every floor. Seven spacious bedrooms—each with a private ensuite bathroom—give every guest an uncommon level of comfort and privacy.

At the heart of the home is a spectacular 1,000-square-foot lodge-style great room, framed by soaring 20-foot floor-to-ceiling glass. Just outside, the expansive primary deck features generous seating and a dramatic gas fire bowl overlooking the water.

Spend your days enjoying the private heated pool, hot tub, game room, sauna, gazebo, outdoor fire pit, and private dock. ## The Space

Welcome to Waterford Terrace, an extraordinary custom lakefront residence created for guests who expect more from their Lake of the Ozarks vacation. With seven bedrooms, seven-and-a-half bathrooms, multiple entertainment areas, and three levels of indoor and outdoor living, the home makes it easy to vacation together without sacrificing personal space or privacy.

### Main Level

The main level opens into a dramatic lodge-style great room with plush seating, a large television, and a magnificent stone fireplace. Soaring ceilings and 20-foot walls of glass fill the room with natural light while showcasing the home’s elevated main-channel views.

The adjoining gourmet kitchen is beautifully appointed with high-end stainless steel appliances, a gas range, generous preparation space, and multiple coffee-brewing options. It is fully equipped for everything from easy breakfasts to memorable group dinners.

Step directly from the great room onto the expansive primary deck, where comfortable seating and a large gas fire bowl create an unforgettable setting for morning coffee, sunset cocktails, and evenings overlooking the lake.

Two luxurious primary suites are also located on this level:

* **Alpha Primary Suite:** King bed, sleeper sofa, spacious walk-in closet, and private sauna.
* **Beta Primary Suite:** King bed with additional sleeping accommodations for children, making it especially well suited for families.

Both suites include private ensuite bathrooms.

The upper level features three private bedroom suites, each with its own ensuite bathroom:

Two additional king suites are located on this level. Each includes a private ensuite bathroom and direct access to the pool deck, allowing guests to step from their suite directly into the home’s resort-style outdoor experience.

### Outdoor Living

Waterford Terrace was designed to make the most of its exceptional lakefront setting. Spend sun-filled afternoons beside the private heated pool, relax in the hot tub, gather around the fire pit beneath the gazebo, or head down to the private dock for a day on the lake.

Expansive decks and outdoor living areas provide plenty of room to spread out, reconnect, and take in the views. From peaceful mornings on the deck to evenings gathered around the fire, the outdoor spaces are an essential part of the Waterford Terrace experience.

## Guest Access

Guests have exclusive access to the entire home and its private amenities, including the heated pool, hot tub, sauna, game room, decks, gazebo, fire pit, and private dock.

## The Neighborhood

Waterford Terrace is located along the main channel in Sunrise Beach, near Lake House 13 and directly across the water from The Four Seasons. The home offers a private lakefront setting while remaining conveniently located near popular restaurants, shopping, and Lake of the Ozarks attractions.

## House Rules & Booking Policies

### No Smoking or Vaping

Waterford Terrace is a 100% smoke-free and vape-free property. Smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, and tobacco products are prohibited throughout the property, including inside the home and within all decks, patios, pool areas, the gazebo, and the driveway.

A $250 violation fee may be assessed if evidence of smoking or vaping is found, including odors, cigarette butts, residue, or related debris.

### No Parties or Events

Parties, events, and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited. Guests must respect the home, neighboring properties, and the surrounding community throughout their stay.

### No Pets

Pets are not permitted. Service animals are accommodated in accordance with applicable laws and booking-platform policies. Guests traveling with a service animal are encouraged to notify us before arrival so we can prepare appropriately.

Evidence of an unauthorized pet may result in a $250 additional cleaning fee.

### Minimum Booking Age

The primary guest responsible for the reservation must be at least 25 years old and must remain at the property throughout the stay.

### Rental Agreement and Check-In Information

After booking, the primary guest will receive a text message containing a link to the rental agreement. The agreement must be completed before check-in instructions can be released.

If the agreement has not been completed at least 14 days before the scheduled arrival date, the reservation may be subject to cancellation in accordance with the applicable cancellation policy.

### HOA and Community Rules

Guests must follow all applicable HOA and community rules during their stay. Any violation resulting in a fine or charge to the property will be passed on to the responsible guest.

By completing the reservation, guests acknowledge these house rules and accept responsibility for applicable fines, damages, additional cleaning costs, and violation fees arising from their stay.

## Security Cameras

For the safety and security of the property, exterior cameras monitor the driveway, front entrance, and dock/pool area. There are no cameras inside the home.
