Resort Fees (Required)
A mandatory resort fee applies per person, per night for guests age 6+:
Jan 01 – May 12: $36/person/night
May 13 – Sep 30: $68/person/night
Oct 01 – Dec 31: $40/person/night
Children 5 and under are exempt
Brasada members are exempt
Fees are collected separately prior to your stay
Please review the Resort Fees prior to booking!! They do add up and we don't want anyone to be surprised by these! Please note there is a processing fee of 3.9% on the resort fees.

Brasada STR registration form required after booking
$100 fee for reservations made within 48 hours of arrival
