🔇 QUIET HOURS: Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM and respect our neighbors.
👥 MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight. Maximum occupancy must not be exceeded. Any additional guests require prior approval and may be subject to an additional fee.
🐶 PETS WELCOME: Well-behaved pets are welcome with prior approval. An additional pet fee applies per reservation and must be paid through Airbnb. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and for any damage caused by them. Pets must not disturb neighbors or be left unattended inside the property without prior approval.
🚗 PARKING: Please use only the designated parking spaces assigned to the property. Do not block driveways or use another resident’s parking space.
🗑️ TRASH: Please dispose of all trash properly in the designated area. Do not leave garbage outside the unit or on neighboring properties.
🏠 CARE OF THE PROPERTY: Please treat the apartment, furniture, appliances, linens, and all belongings with care. Report any damage immediately.
