This spacious home features three comfortable bedrooms, two updated bathrooms, and two separate living areas, giving everyone room to spread out, relax, and enjoy their own space. The fully updated kitchen is equipped for everything from morning coffee to family dinners, making it easy to feel right at home during your stay.
Step outside and experience the true magic of lake life. The large upper deck offers breathtaking panoramic views of the lake — the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee, evening cocktails, or a peaceful sunset. The lower deck brings you even closer to the water and leads directly to the backyard entertainment area featuring a relaxing jacuzzi, outdoor bar, and TV, creating the ultimate setup for game nights, celebrations, or unwinding after a day on the lake.
Gather around the firepit under the stars to roast marshmallows, share stories, and create unforgettable memories with family and friends. A short private nature trail takes you down to the dock where the lake experience truly comes alive. Please Note: We do not provide watercrafts. You can rent paddle boards, kayaks, and canoes at nearby Mayo Lake Park (4 miles). No Parties are allowed. The acoustics of the lake enhances sounds, so no loud music is allowed (3 is maximum decibels). You can launch your boat at the public boat launch located at Mayo Lake Park and park it at our dock. When fishing from the dock, you do not need a fishing license. We just ask that if you fish for fun, please do not throw fish back into the lake that have been severely injured by your hook.
