Toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.

➤ You’ll receive a welcome kit that includes:

- Elevator and building access key fob (lost replacement fee: $100 USD).

- Parking access card for the nearby garage (lost replacement fee: $150 USD).

- Amenity wristband to enjoy the building’s facilities (lost replacement fee: $10 USD).



➤ The front desk does NOT hold personal belongings. This includes luggage, envelopes, keys, bags, or food deliveries. Residents and/or short-term rental guests must meet food delivery drivers at the lobby. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use the bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.



➤ The property is equipped with both heating and air conditioning; however, we cannot guarantee that you will achieve a comfortable temperature if your preference falls outside the range of approximately 63°F to 77°F. Additionally, due to the nature of short-term rentals, where guests may frequently come and go, we cannot promise 100% uptime, as some guests may inadvertently push the systems beyond their capacity, necessitating repairs.



➤ I am not responsible for lost packages. Please make sure that if you are ordering a package, you will physically be there to receive it, as I will not be able to track it for you. The package room is located on the Lobby Level across from the mailboxes. Package room is accessible 24 hours a day. Packages that are left unclaimed for more than 5 days will be returned to sender.
