Step into a bright, coastal themed space designed for relaxation. The main living area features direct access to a private beach front balcony where you can listen to the waves and enjoy the fresh sea air. Bonus street side balcony outside the front door - perfect for watching the historic cars or Jeeps!
The fully equipped kitchen boasts granite countertops and all the essentials for your stay, including:
Full-size refrigerator, stove, oven, and microwave
Dishwasher for easy cleanup
Plenty of cabinets for your food storage
Gather for meals or game night at the six-person dining table.
Sleeping arrangements for up to 4 guests:
Primary Bedroom: King Bed
Living Room: Pull-Out Sofa
For your convenience, the condo includes an in-unit washer and dryer.
Guest Access:
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire condo, including the private balcony. Your stay includes full access to the building's fantastic amenities:

Large, heated outdoor pool with an expansive deck and lounge chairs (open seasonally until September 30th).
Seamless and secure check-in with a smart lock. You will be provided with a unique door code for the duration of your stay.
$60 parking fee paid at front desk upon arrival
