Located at mm 15, this 7br Haven gives you every ounce of luxury you desire in your lake vacation. With all en suite bedrooms, massive outdoor area, private heated pool, large dock with swim platform and a screened in porch with tv's for any sporting events or time with the kids by the pool.



The Space:

Five king bed en suites with private balconies overlooking the water. Seven full bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen for your own personal cooking or bringing in one of our private chefs. Commercial grade ice bins to stock coolers before heading out to the lake. Security cameras on the dock and pool so you can keep an eye on the kids swimming while in the great room and kitchen. (No indoor cameras). This property has everything you could need including a karaoke machine to welcome each other into your luxury stay at the lake.



Sleeping also offers a bunk room with four queen bunk beds and a full bunk with a single on top. A pool bath with a shower and an additional bath off the main entry. Half bath near the bourbon bar on lower floor. This space easily welcomes 17 adults, and four children across the two lower levels. The top floor of this estate is private to the owners who will not be on site during your stay.

The outdoor area is the place for entertainment. Private pool with an auto cover for safety, full outdoor kitchen for grilling and dining, overlooking the pool and lake. Swim up pool bar and a large dock. The dock offers two open slips and a swim platform. Located in a cove off of the main channel you have the perfect blend of quiet and calm waters you can float and fish in but easy access to all the action the lake has to offer.



House Rules & Booking Policies



🚭 Strict No-Smoking & No-Vaping Policy

This is a 100% smoke-free and vape-free vacation rental. Smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, and tobacco products are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, including inside the home, outdoor areas, decks, patios, pool area, gazebo, and driveway. A $250 violation fee will apply if smoking-related evidence is found, including cigarette butts, smoke odor, residue, or other remnants.



🎉 No Parties or Events

Parties, events, and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited. Please respect the property, neighbors, and community during your stay.



🐾 Strict No-Pet Policy

Pets are not permitted on the property. If you are traveling with a service animal, required documentation must be provided and approved before your stay. A $250 additional fee will apply if there is evidence of an unauthorized pet on the property.



👤 Minimum Age Requirement

The primary guest booking the property must be at least 25 years old.



📄 Rental Agreement & Check-In Information

After booking, the primary guest will receive a text message with a link to the rental agreement. The agreement must be completed before check-in information can be provided. If the required agreement is not completed at least 2 weeks before the scheduled arrival date, the reservation may be subject to cancellation without a refund.



🏡 HOA & Community Rules

Guests are required to follow all applicable HOA and community rules throughout their stay. Any HOA violation that results in a fine will be passed directly on to the guest responsible. By proceeding with the reservation, you acknowledge and agree to these house rules and accept responsibility for any applicable fines or violation fees incurred during your stay.
