The location is fantastic. It’s less than a minute’s walk from a JR station, with direct trains to Ikebukuro, Shinjuku, and Shibuya. Getting around was even easier than we had expected, and the location was also convenient for visiting Asakusa and Tokyo Skytree.
There are plenty of restaurants nearby, along with convenience stores, a supermarket, and a 24-hour McDonald’s. Everything we needed was within a one- or two-minute walk—so close that even on rainy days, we hardly felt we needed an umbrella.
The apartment is on the eighth floor, and you can even see Tokyo Skytree from the bedroom. The large windows let in plenty of natural light, making the space bright and welcoming during the day. The interior feels fresh, modern, and clean.
We stayed as a family of four and found the apartment airy and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable, and we all slept well. The shower pressure was just right, and the apartment was well equipped with everything we needed, including a clothes dryer, a hair dryer, and a hair straightener.
From the location to the comfort and amenities, everything made for an excellent stay. Of all the places we’ve stayed in Tokyo, this is our favorite.

The property is just a 30-second walk from the ticket gates of JR Itabashi Station, yet it is surprisingly quiet and peaceful.
We stayed as a group of four adults, and the space was just right for us. The apartment has been newly renovated and has a lovely, modern atmosphere. It is also very functional and equipped with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable, and we all slept very well.
The location is incredibly convenient. Within a one-minute walk, there are many Japanese restaurants, a 24-hour McDonald’s, convenience stores, a supermarket, and a drugstore.
The host was also very kind and helpful throughout our stay.
We would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Tokyo!
