Don’t stay with any of their places. All in dark areas that seem unsafe and sketchy in first place.

The only good thing they did was communicate on time and then offer me another place to stay.

I’m not one to leave bad reviews but It was awful. First location I booked with them was dirty from the previous person who was in there and didn’t get room cleaned then they offered me another room somewhere in Ueno or Shibuya. Did Shibuya then when getting the keys it was difficult and gave me wrong codes at first then I noticed key card for door in mailbox and then The second one is on side building in a lock thing for code. They wouldn’t allow me to grab second key in mailbox and made me super uncomfortable. They were talking about me in our chat but it was meant for someone else and that made me even more uncomfortable as if something was being set up in a way. I asked for refund and they ignored. Do not stay with them. The Shibuya place is near clubs ands loudness and didn’t seem safe.
