The Lucky Penny is our beautiful 2023 Coachmen Northern Spirit 2557RB—a spacious 29-foot travel trailer that sleeps up to four and feels like your own cozy little home away from home. It is best suited for two adults and two children or three adults and one child. Whether you are planning a fun family vacation, romantic weekend, festival adventure, getaway by the water, visit with family near a campground, or simply need a few peaceful days to unplug and relax, The Lucky Penny is ready for you! We have tried to think of everything you may need and included many comforts and conveniences to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable. We also have additional camping supplies and other items available to rent for an additional fee. CELEBRATING SOMETHING SPECIAL? Need movies, games, outdoor activities, camping supplies, or something else? There is a good chance we have it—just ask! Some additional items may require a rental fee. Our goal is simple: pack your bags, bring your food and favorite people, and get ready to make wonderful memories! The Lucky Penny is available for renter pickup and towing. Delivery and campsite setup are not available. AGE AND TOWING REQUIREMENTS The primary renter must be at least 25 years old. Anyone wishing to tow must meet all Outdoorsy driver-verification requirements, have experience towing a travel trailer, provide an appropriately rated tow vehicle with compatible towing equipment, and receive our approval before pickup. Approval to rent The Lucky Penny does not automatically include approval to tow, but we are happy to discuss your vehicle, towing equipment, experience, and travel plans with you. UNLIMITED MILEAGE The Lucky Penny includes unlimited mileage for approved trips. Please provide your destination and campground information when requesting your reservation. PETS - Dogs welcome We understand that dogs are part of the family, so approved dogs are welcome on a case-by-case basis. A standard nonrefundable pet fee of $50 per dog will apply, with up to two dogs considered. Dogs must be fully house-trained and approved before the trip. Have a special situation? FIRST-TIME RV GUESTS Never stayed in an RV before? You are welcome! However, because delivery and campsite setup are not available, the approved driver must have previous travel-trailer towing and setup experience. Before you hit the road, we’ll give you a friendly walkthrough of The Lucky Penny, review the towing connections, show you how everything works, and cover the tank and return requirements. The renter must be present for the pre-trip inspection, towing-equipment check, walkthrough, and return inspection. Renters are responsible for towing, campsite setup, connecting available utilities, breaking down the campsite, and returning the trailer at the agreed-upon time. WHY CHOOSE THE LUCKY PENNY? TOWING AND TRAVEL POLICY All towing requests require prior owner approval. Renters must provide their destination, campground information, and travel dates before approval. Longer-distance, multiple-destination, and out-of-state trips may require additional review. Any changes to the approved destination must be discussed with us in advance. If you are celebrating a birthday, anniversary, family occasion, or romantic getaway, please tell us! We would love to help you think of little ways to make your adventure more memorable. Some optional items may require an additional rental fee, and all requests are subject to availability. A FEW IMPORTANT REMINDERS The Lucky Penny is a smoke-free and vape-free camper. Smoking or vaping inside the camper is not permitted, and a $250 cleaning fee will apply if this policy is violated. The black-water and gray-water tanks must be completely emptied before the camper is returned. If either tank is returned with waste or wastewater remaining, a $150 dumping fee will be charged. Please treat The Lucky Penny with the same care and respect you would give your own home. Our camper is very special to us, and we want every guest to receive it clean, comfortable, and ready to enjoy. Before pickup, we will review the camper, towing connections, important operating instructions, tank-emptying requirements, and return expectations with you. We are also happy to answer questions before and during your trip whenever possible. Our greatest hope is that you return home with wonderful stories, happy pictures, and memories that last long after your trip is over!
