2-bedroom 2-bathroom condo with outdoor pool! Welcome to Summer House 303 the perfect spot for an Ocean City vacation. Enjoy your coffee and breakfast on the private balcony. You can also relax in the corner bathtub in the master bathroom. The kitchen is also equipped with all of your cooking needs. Both bedrooms feature one queen bed and the living room also includes one full sized sleep sofa so you can sleep 6 people comfortably. Both TVs in the living room and master bedroom are Smart TVs so you can enjoy your favorite streaming services (logging in with your own credentials). This condo also features a washer and dryer for doing laundry. You'll also have access to 2 assigned parking spaces and an elevator for easy access. Located in the heart of uptown Ocean City surrounded by restaurants, bars, mini golf, shopping & grocery stores is only a few blocks away. Gold Coast Mall is located nearby offering several shops, restaurants, a gym and much more! **PLEASE NOTE THE SOAKING BATHTUB IN THE MAIN BEDROOM IS NOT OPERATIONAL.**
** Linens not provided. Property comes with comforters/blankets and pillows. You will need to bring sheets, towels and pillowcases as linens are not provided but an optional linen package is available to be rented. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillowcases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option after you make your reservation if you choose to do so. A complete linen package is $102.65. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.
**We require a copy of a valid Driver's License or Government photo ID from the primary guest once booked.**
*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule.
*For the comfort of all guests, this is a non-smoking property. This includes E-cigs, vaping devices and medical marijuana. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas, if available.
* No pets are allowed at this condo, sorry. This includes emotional support animals.
Guests are responsible for ensuring compliance by all members of their party, and by booking, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this these terms. Any violation of the above policies may result in eviction, loss of rent paid and an additional charge of $500.
