GUEST ACCESS
Guests will have private use of the entire studio. The pool, beach access, laundry facilities, restaurants, and other resort areas are shared with hotel guests, residents, and other vacation-rental guests.
GOOD TO KNOW
• Ocean Manor is an active condo-hotel, so other guests and residents will be present
• Valet parking is the only on-site parking option and is available for $18 per day, paid directly to the resort
• Shared laundry facilities are located in the building; there is no washer or dryer inside the studio
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• The building has elevator access
• The primary guest must be at least 21 years old
• Government-issued photo identification may be required at check-in
• No pets allowed
• Children are welcome within the maximum occupancy of two guests. The studio is not childproofed and does not provide a crib, highchair, or other infant equipment. Children must be supervised at all times, particularly on the balcony, at the pool, and near the beach.

The room was very clean, and the host was super easy to get ahold of. The location is perfect. Would definitely stay here again!

The condo was very clean and came with a nice welcome bag of toiletries and starter supplies. They had plenty of towels and nice soaps. Bed was very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you would need to fix/cook a meal. We had a problem with the freezer being over frosted and the refridgetor not getting cold. They sent someone to look at it and try to fix it. Our perishables needed to be thrown away and we couldn't bring leftovers home due to the warm fridge but we didn't let it ruin our time. We were only there for a short stay anyway. The fridge was working better the day we left. Hopefully they can get it fully working again before more guests arrive. I thought the condo was nicely appointed and would def stay again. Perfect for 2 people.

This is the kind of place you're happy to get to, ok staying at, but really don't mind leaving and likely won't return. The listing was pretty accurate but we found some good, some bad, and some good but bad stuff.Room very small but very clean.Building tired but nice.Bed very soft but fairly comfortable.Nice pool but old and needed to be skimmed /cleaned more often.Lots of trash in the pool area.Minimal shade and no umbrellas at pool.Loud ever present building air conditioner unit near pool and tiki bar. Beach front property but rental fee for chairs/umbrellas.Strong undertow at beach.Foldable beach chairs are old, rusty and very low to the ground.Batteries ran low for combination door lock making it impossible to lock and secure the unit. Called contact and was told it would be addressed within 2 hours. Called back 3 hours later and was given an apology and told it would be another 30 minutes. Arrived in 45 minutes to make the repair and very pleasant person apologized again.No outside food allowed on the beach or the pool.Sheets & towels are nice quality.The combination oven, broiler, air fryer, toaster works great to toast but would not work in any other function.AC in the unit was excellent.Ocean view but balcony is tiny and on an inside corner of the building.Shower is nice with strong water pressure.
