Welcome to the vacation home built for the trip where everyone gets to come. Located just a 5-minute stroll from the lazy river and waterslides, this expansive 3,291 sq ft, 6-bedroom villa ensures your group has the space, privacy, and entertainment you need—without the logistical headaches.

Fully Equipped Kitchen: Ready for everyday vacation cooking with a refrigerator, range, microwave, dishwasher, and basic cookware.
Dining for Everyone: A large dining table seats 8, with 4 additional seats at the kitchen island, so all 12 guests can eat together.
Coffee Two Ways: A single-serve Keurig and a standard drip coffee maker (with a complimentary starter supply of coffee to get your first morning going).

📌 Good to Know Before You Book (The Fine Print)
Pool & Spa Heat: Optional at $40/day. (Florida pools are chilly most of the year without it!). The spa shares a system with the pool and heats to the same temperature—it is not a separate hot tub. Heating uses an electric heat pump, which maxes out at 95°F and may struggle if outdoor temps drop near 50°F. Please request heat at least 3 days prior to arrival so it has time to warm up.
Self-Catering Details: You will arrive to a professionally cleaned home with fresh linens, towels, and a starter kit of paper goods and soap. Please plan a grocery run for your week's food, spices, and extra supplies. There is no daily housekeeping.
Florida is Outdoors: Our screened lanai significantly reduces insects and debris, but you may see an occasional small lizard or pollen—it's part of the tropical environment! Please keep doors and windows closed when running the central AC.
Parking Limits: The private driveway holds 1–2 vehicles. Additional resort overflow spaces are first-come, first-served. No RVs, trailers, commercial vehicles, or street/grass parking.
Community Vibe: Storey Lake is an active vacation community. You may hear neighboring guests, landscaping, or pool equipment.
Check-in/Out: Check-in is after 4:00 PM via a private smart lock code. Checkout is by 10:00 AM.
