Wake up to a peaceful waterfront nestled on a small, tranquil lake. Enjoy your morning coffee on the deck while watching ducks glide across the water. This home is the perfect place to relax, unwind, and reconnect with the outdoors.

The Georgetee Thomas Farm, Hartwood, Dupree, Corenilius wedding venus all located within a 5-10 miles radious
The driveway offers free parking for up to 4 cars. Please note garage is reserved for the host.
Guest access:
Guests have access to the whole house, but the garage is reserved for the host only. There is also a small closet in the master bathroom where we store our cleaning supplies is reserve for host only as well.

Access:
The front door is equipped with a smart deadbolt lock, and the security code will be provided upon arrival.
Internet:
The Wi-Fi password will be provided via text upon arrival.
Entertainment:
Living room has smart TV with Amazon Prime videos available for streaming as well as peacock streaming service.
Or you can simply take book on back deck and read while enjoying stunning water view.
Security:
Please note that property has outdoor security cameras in front porch facing front door, driveway facing entrance of the property and backyard facing deck and patio which continues record audio and video.
Accessibility:
Also note that house has stairs to get in as shown on exterior picture.
Rules:
No smoking, pets, parties, extra guests, or visitors are allowed. Please don't move or rearrange furniture, and please carry suitcases on the hardwood floors; dragging the wheels on hardwood floors will damage them. Please don't wear shoes inside the house; store them on the provided shoe rack. A valid picture ID is required before check-in. Kindly avoid bringing food into the bedroom to help us keep the bedsheets clean and fresh. The fireplace is non-operational and for aesthetic purposes only. Thank you for your understanding.
