Vance Villa's 1 bedroom 1 bath unit has thoughtfully arranged amenities for a single traveler or couple to enjoy a long weekend or monthly stay. Upon entering, guests will enjoy a large living space, with full kitchen, dining area and comfortable living room seating for conversation or watching television. Guests will enjoy a soothing retreat from their busy day in the large bedroom, featuring a comfortable queen bed, cozy linens, blankets, pillows and room darkening blinds and curtains for a great nights sleep. Adjacent to it is an updated bathroom with a bathtub/shower, showcasing beautiful vintage 1950's square powder blue tiles from the original home. In the vanity area, you'll find plush towels, hand towels, bath rug and washcloths, as well as a hairdryer and first aid kit. Convenience abounds in this spacious abode- smart TVs in both the bedroom and living area, high speed internet, full laundry unit, iron, ironing board and garment steamer, a fully stocked kitchen with all cooking essentials, Keurig DUO coffee maker, Ninja Air Fryer, toaster, blender, crock pot, full sized refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and smooth top range/oven. Just outside, enjoy a shaded furnished dining space, and additional seating area in the back yard. This fabulous little duplex offers a perfect blend of comfort and convenience.
