GIVE THIS ACCOMMODATION A BIG MISS. TOO POOR TO BE ON BOOKING.COM

Free washing machine, only 10 mins walk to town.

It was NOT as advertised - which said an Apartment with private bathroom and AC. It was a hostel bedroom with bed, robe and bedside tables. There was no where to sit, or TV or even any hook to hang towels. The window opened on to someones balcony which was filled with hanging laundry and pilled on the floor. We could not leave it open as they could walk right into our room. Fan was on short lead that hung across bed with no protective front cover. Holes in bedsheet and curtain. Sio 77i778777777ingle doona on a double bed turned sideways, so did not cover length of bed. The shared bathroom was not cleaned, no spare toilet paper. Had to send message to get it replaced. Small table and 1 chair in shared kitchenette, not enough crockery for shared use. Advertertised that the whole apartment was ours - bedroom, bed and bathroom. Did not feel safe in the location. Not interested in giving us a refund when we complained it was not as advertised.

Did not stay checked in a different hotel requested a refund

The location, there was no staff to give us room number or key the entrance smelled of cigarette smoke just unacceptable and a lost of payment as we had to check in another hotel

A bit pricey for the facilities we received.

It is not very far from Luzern station. The guests can take bus to reach to the apartment. Room was ok for one night stay.

It is not very far from Luzern station. The guests can take bus to reach to the apartment. Room was ok for one night stay.

No advanced communication for how to get inside of the apartment. No reply from booking.com communication channel and WhatsApp. I got a reply after I managed to go inside of the building by someone’s help. No elevator.
