The upper level of the house includes both the King Master bedroom and two Queen-size bedrooms and one Queen bedroom on the ground level. An additional day-bed is available in the basement gym that exits to the swimming pool.
Inside, enjoy plush bedding, cozy living spaces, and full bathrooms stocked with essentials. The home features a full kitchen and spacious family room, living room and formal dining areas.
Step outside to discover scenic gathering spots, a fire pit, and private decks overlooking the pool —ideal for morning coffee or evening wine.
After a day on the river, gather around the fire pit or grill dinner under the stars. Whether you're looking to relax, reconnect, or explore, this peaceful retreat offers a truly memorable getaway.
Nestled in Stafford, this phenomenal house offers plenty of space with five comfortable bedrooms, including a king bed, three queen beds, and a twin bed. Guests can unwind in one of the four bathrooms, some featuring a jetted bathtub for a truly relaxing soak. The home stays cozy with heating and cool with AC, making it perfect year-round. This serene retreat invites guests to enjoy a peaceful stay in a mountain-top wilderness with all the comforts of home.
PLEASE NOTE: All guests are required to sign a liability waiver prior to check-in. This waiver covers use of the entire property, including outdoor areas, pool, and all amenities. We strictly request not to leave children unsupervised at the pool. Your safety is our top priority, and we appreciate your cooperation.
Other things to note:
The mountain top house requires a trained driver to climb the steep driveway.
Surrounded by woods and open sky, with that peaceful seclusion comes the presence of insects, critters, and the occasional wildlife sighting.
You may encounter:
Mosquitoes, gnats, spiders, and ants, especially in warmer months
Deer, birds, raccoons, and possibly even a fox or turtle
Bugs around outdoor lights in the evenings
We do our best to manage nature respectfully, but it is part of the charm and reality of staying in the great outdoors. Bug spray is available under the kitchen sink, and we recommend keeping doors closed to keep little visitors outside where they belong!
Enjoy tranquil views, cozy nooks, and charming shared spaces decorated with elegant interiors. Easily launch your boat or jet skis from the nearby marinas or set off afoot to scenic parks and historic landmarks.
