About this farm stay rental
New construction, 2nd floor `GateHouse`. Set in a forest of pines, cedar, oaks and more. Great place to reconnect w/ nature, listen to birds trill & meander the 21.5 acres of trails. Escape to 10 miles north of quaint, historic Hillsborough (45 min from Raleigh) & enjoy artisanal chocolatier (Matthew`s), stellar coffee (Cup-A-Joe), divine dining/meals, art & boutique shopping & Saturday Farmers Market; or, lounge on the deck & craft the 1st page of your next novel.
1325 Square feet of spacious second floor living with 10` ceilings and intimate views of the surrounding forest. 2 large bedrooms, oversized kitchen (with 10` island along with a pantry), generous living and dining space. 15x10 deck surrounded by trees. Feels like a giant tree house; yet, stellar-style glamping.
The entire second floor. The 1st floor is a luxury garage (never used for cars) and not in use while the second floor is occupied. You have access to the fenced 21 acres with over 1 mile of walking trails, a creek and so much to explore.
Call or text Sue or her husband Mike any time. We`re nearby; yet not on site (unless needed).
When you drive up, the gate will swing towards your car. Give it about 10` clearance. The `Gatehouse` is on the left with ample parking. The entry walkway is to the left of the building and wraps around to the East side of the structure. The door keypad code will be texted to you prior to your stay. Welcome & have a wonderful stay!
