Welcome to NoMad Residences, a luxury designer studio in the heart of Wynwood, just a 5-minute walk from Wynwood Walls. Guest Access:

Guests will have full access to the private apartment, along with shared building amenities available to registered guests.



For building security and access authorization, all guests must complete the required building registration form prior to arrival.



Check-in: 4:00 PM

Check-out: 11:00 AM



Guests will complete the check-in process at the lobby front desk by presenting a valid ID and completing the building registration. Once registered, guests will be granted access to the elevators. Our staff will then remotely unlock the apartment so guests can enter and retrieve the access fob inside the unit. The fob provides access to the building amenities and apartment entrance.



Parking: Valet parking is available in the building for an additional daily fee. Limited nearby garage parking may also be available, subject to availability.



Please note that unauthorized late check-out may result in an additional fee, as sufficient time is needed to prepare the apartment for the next guest.

Late check-in note — The front desk closes at 11:00 PM. If you expect to arrive after that time, please share your ETA in advance so we can arrange late check-in. Your key fob will be available at the front desk the following morning.



Optional daily cleaning — Extra cleaning must be requested 24 hrs in advance. Studio $60 + tax.



Fees & deposit — Mandatory checkout cleaning fee is included in your Airbnb reservation. Stays of 5+ nights require a mandatory mid-stay clean (additional fee). A refundable $200 security deposit is required before arrival.
