About this house rental
Welcome to Pineapple Pad, a bright and spacious 2BR/2BA beachside retreat in Vero Beach’s desirable South Beach neighborhood. We’re experienced local hosts and Superhosts who have been welcoming guests to our three Vero Beach vacation rentals for years. While we’re new to Vrbo, our property and hosting experience are not.
THE LOCATION
Beach access is directly across the street. From there, a sandy path leads to the ocean, about a 5-minute walk from the property. South Beach Park, with lifeguards, restrooms and showers, is just 4 blocks away.
Several restaurants, cafés and drinks are also within walking distance, so it’s entirely possible to park the car and leave it there. Downtown Vero Beach, grocery stores and additional dining and shopping are only a 5–10 minute drive away.
THE HOME
Pineapple Pad is a ground-floor 2BR/2BA occupying its own single-story section of the property, with no unit above. Inside you’ll find a bright open living and dining area, fully equipped kitchen, two full bathrooms and private laundry.
Outside, enjoy your own screened patio and fully fenced private backyard, exclusively for your unit.
BEACH + POOL
We provide beach towels, chairs, kids’ beach toys and a sun shade. A shared outdoor shower is available for rinsing off after the beach.
Guests also enjoy complimentary pool access at nearby SeaSpray Surf Lodge, including towel service, pool toys and BBQ facilities. Beach chairs and umbrellas are also available through SeaSpray, and bikes can be rented from the hotel.
EASY CHECKOUT
Our professional housekeeping team handles the cleaning, so there’s no long checkout cleaning list. We simply ask guests to take care of their household garbage as needed during their stay.
