BRASADA RANCH RESORT ACCESS & FEES
- Please note that Brasada Ranch requires a non-negotiable, per day, per person fee for all guests six years of age and older. THIS IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE INITIAL PRICE, AS IT IS DEPENDENT ON THE NUMBER OF GUESTS/DATES OF YOUR STAY. IT WILL BE CHARGED ONCE YOUR GUEST COUNT IS FINALIZED
- Fees must be paid at least 72 hours prior to arrival. Failure to pay may result in $50 late fee charge. Guests can contact the Guest Contact (GC) for assistance with coordinating resort fee payment. The GC does not collect or charge these fees directly but can help facilitate payment with the resort
- Resort cards are distributed at Guest Services (Ranch House) during the check-in and registration process
- The cards will open the community gates and provide entry to the Athletic Center. Upon departure, access cards must be returned to Guest Services or card fee will be assessed
