📍 The outdoor community pool and boat rentals will close for the season on September 2. The private pool will remain open, depending on the season and weather conditions.
📍 Please note that the yard is seeded and does not have fully established grass yet.
📍 Please be aware that a Burn Ban may be announced at any time by the community. While the fire pit is one of the highlights of this property, all burn ban regulations must be followed strictly. Failure to comply may result in community fines, which will be the guest’s responsibility. We will keep you informed in real time if any such announcements occur during your stay.
📍 Easy self-check-in is available via the smart lock on the front door.
📍 A community amenity pass is required to access Emerald Lakes community amenities. Passes can be purchased online using your cell phone. After your booking is confirmed, we will send you a QR code with a link to the app.
📍 Amenity pass fees (current as of March 2025): $20 for a 1-day pass, $30 for a 3-day pass, or $50 for a 7-day pass. These fees are not included in your booking. Passes can be purchased through the app or at the welcome desk. Children 2 and under are free.
📍 You may rent a boat or bring your own for fishing on the lake. Guests bringing their own boat will be required to pay a $15 registration fee. Please note that only electric boats are permitted; gas-powered motors are not allowed.
📍 The lake is home to bass and other fish. A Pennsylvania fishing license is required, which costs approximately $30.
