Perfect summer getaway with the family

Everything was great- the layout is perfect for a group of people as the main living space was separated from the bedrooms -but there is 1 bedroom on that level if needed for people who can’t go up/ down stairs.Linens were included- but we needed extra so the only thing I would recommend is bringing extra towels or for there to be a linen closet with extra towels for use.The kitchen was well stocked with all the dishes you might need.Eugene was super helpful and responsive!

10/10 woukd recommend - our large family of 15 loved our stay. The pool alone made it worth it for the 4 kids we had under the age of 12. With a covered and heated pool room, you can swim in hot or cold weather, snow or Raina, etc. No ruined pool days because of weather! The game room and extra tv room in the basement, the volleyball court and the wildlife (ducks & geese that visited the pond, wild turkey, etc) also helped keep the kids busy. The beds were comfy, and several of us are picky about beds. The upstairs has 6 bedrooms and 2 full baths (next to each other in the hallway) and surprising to us, the noise deafening between rooms was solid. Bathrooms were gorgeously decorated, kitchen was adequately stocked, and there was more than enough seating room in both the kitchen and living room. Plenty of room on the back porch and at the fire pit for outdoor activities. The wifi was notably strong, given the number of TVs and our own electronics signed in. One bonus about this house, which we always need in our family, is a first floor bedroom and full bathroom for my 83 yr old dad. It’s hard to find houses that accommodate our large group, plus ages ranging from 1 to 83! If that’s what you need, this is the right place for you.

House was perfect for weekend getaway in the poconos. Lots of businesses short drive away and pool and firepit were great!
