The key didn’t work properly to unlock the door so we left it unlocked. The key just kept turning around and wouldn’t unlock the door. We eventually got it to work that’s when we decided to leave it unlocked when we left the building.

The apartment was well kept and had a nice view and balcony and had pretty much everything we needed. Good appliances for cooking and dryer washer and other items in laundry area were good liked we had early check in.

Needed two keys card fob as we couldnt go out seperately if needed it was very restricted wirh only 1 key fob card provided. Host was very helpful had to call for help the key collection was not ideal needed a code for a box i was told but the host spoke to someone to help. That was a bit stressful and didnt like that we had to checkin and out online if yr not tech savvy its not relaxing. We got there way bfore check in as caught an earlyish flight could not leave our bags anywhere i prefer hotels as you can leave yr bags with them if yr early eg to go out for lunch till check in as qld doesnt have daylight savings we had to sit with our cases for 2hrs and not go anywhere till check in.1 pillow was flat and uncomfortable.
