Our property has two bed rooms and one full bathroom which has a bathtub and glass slider. Upon entry into the home you’ll encounter an open and light filled living and dining room along with a kitchen space with a clean countertop and barstools. The open floor plan seeks to build connection by encouraging everyone to spend time together in the same space.

The kitchen includes ample amounts of silverware and plates, bowls and cups (including kids ones), as well as all the tools you need to prepare meals instead of having to constantly eat out. There is a coffee maker, toaster, cookware, bakeware, cooking utensils and knife set. Complimentary teas and coffee options are included with each stay. The dining room includes ample seating with 6 chairs, plus 3 additional barstools so guests can sit by the kitchen counter for meals. A high chair is available and stored in the walk in closet in the main bedroom. We also offer two pack n play travel cribs included with your stay. (Sheets not provided for pack n play)

The living room includes a Smart TV, board games. Next to the kitchen there is a washer and dryer available for use. Our beds are decorated with multiple accent pillows and oversized comforters to give a luxurious hotel feel while maintaining a sense of coziness. The home has central heating and air as well.

There is one driveway space for guest use. Please only park on the left side of the driveway. Thanks!

Please note that there is an upstairs unit which uses the right side of the driveway. There is a long term tenant occupying this unit that is related to the homeowner. They will not be using any of your spaces but may walk through the driveway area to access their unit. The upstairs unit has it`s own separate entrance and is not part of your rental. The tenant will not utilize the yard or deck area and will only be using the driveway space on the right side. Driveway is accessed from the alley side of the property. Thank you!

Guests have full access of the rental unit that includes 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom, rear lawn and deck area.

The upstairs unit has a separate entrance not related to this rental unit. Guests can park on the left side of the driveway offered (please do not park or block the right side of the driveway which is utilized by the upstairs tenant). Driveway is accessed from the alley side of the property.

No additional overnight guests allowed. Please ask if you wish to have local visitors such as family or friends. No pets are allowed on the property at this time.
