This collection features a total of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with 5 real beds comfortably sleeping up to 10 guests plus an additional 3 sleeper sofas for a total capacity of 16 guests.

The Three Guest Houses in the Crescent Trio Include:

The Connick Guest House accommodates six guests with two bedrooms: one with a king bed and the other with a queen bed and a queen sleeper sofa. Its Jack-and-Jill bathroom and courtyard access offer convenience and comfort.

The Kermit Guest House is ideal for up to four guests, featuring a king bedroom, a separate living room with a queen sleeper sofa, a bathroom with walk-in shower, and 11-foot ceilings. Direct access to the courtyard compliments the space.

The Fountain Guest House accommodates up to six guests with one bedroom offering two queen beds and an attached living room with a queen sleeper sofa. The renovated bathroom with a walk-in shower and courtyard access ensures a comfortable stay.

Step outside to enjoy the serene garden, complete with a charming swing, perfect for relaxing after exploring the city. Located in a private, gated compound, guests also benefit from access to tranquil shared spaces and optional reserved parking.

Guests also enjoy shared access to The Commons kitchen and lobby. Please note that The Commons is currently undergoing construction as it transitions into a lobby bar, with an anticipated opening in fall 2026; access to this shared space will be limited until the transition is complete.
