• Your unit is situated 2 floors above ground level and you will have to climb approximately 40 steps to face your unit's door. There are only 3 residential units in the building and yours is situated in between the 2 other well soundproofed units. The building was built in 1990 and the rooms are luminous. There are curtains in the bedroom's window only to let the natural light come in the living space.

• This large apartment has two closed bedrooms. The master bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed, wardrobe, dresser and an office desk. The second bedroom present 2 double size bed with a dresser and a wardrobe.

• The kitchen is equipped with household appliances (refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher), and is fully equipped to allow you to cook your meals. Dishes, cookware, utensils, pots, pans and basic necessities are provided so you don't miss anything.

• In the living room you will find a three-seater sofa and a smart TV.

• In the dining room, you will find a large table with 4 chairs. There's an extra 2 folding chairs at your disposition in the unit, plus the two ergonomic chairs with the office desks. The Wall Mounted AC is facing the dining room table and pushing the cool air towards the 2 bedrooms and living spaces.

• The unit contains a washer & dryer in a closed and private laundry room.

• A bathroom with a shower-bath, an entrance closet, a small back balcony in the emergency exit and a free parking.

• By reserving this unit, you will have access to the entire apartment in complete privacy.

*STAIRS*
Please note that our unit is located on the 2nd floor and the guest will have to climb approximately 40 interior steps to reach the door of the unit. The unit's landing is 2 stories above ground. There is no elevator in the building.

*TV*
We have a smart TV in the unit but do not offer a cable channel. Television has many applications such as Netflix, Amazon Prime Video or Youtube, you just have to connect! There is an HDMI cable available so you can connect your PC/Mac to the TV.

*DOGS*
We accept a maximum of 1 dog under strict conditions and only with our authorization. You must notify us in advance and show us official documentation if you have a service dog. We will take a $500 penalty if any of these rules are not respected.

Additional fees: $100 per stay.

Conditions:
- You must have at least 1 positive comment from previous experiences;
- Your dog must be over 1 year old and weigh less than 40 lbs;
- Your dog must be "clean": dogs are not allowed on beds or furniture. Should you find it impossible to prevent your dog from climbing onto beds or furniture, we encourage you to
bring your own bedding (blankets for beds and sofas) during your stay. This will help to prevent or minimize the cost of any additional cleaning charges.
- Your dog must not cause a noise nuisance for neighbours and must be on a leash at all times when in the common areas.
- You must pick up after your dog at all times and keep the unit clean. We must not find drops in the garden after your stay.
- The dog must never be left alone in the apartment.
