Welcome to V177 Chic, a beautifully designed 750-square-foot studio in the heart of Puerto Vallarta’s vibrant Romantic Zone just a block away from Los Muertos Beach. With a flexible layout, contemporary design, and carefully selected Mexican touches, this spacious retreat offers the feel of a boutique hotel with the comfort of your own private space.



The Space:

The thoughtfully designed interior combines modern style with unique details throughout. A large floor-to-ceiling mirror welcomes you into the space, while custom hand-worked gold leaf coved ceiling and cool-toned gray micro-cement countertops add a sophisticated touch.



The flexible floor plan allows you to transform the space depending on your needs. A custom four-door rolling partition wall and double-accordion door system can open the entire studio or close off the sleeping area for added privacy.



The studio features a comfortable king-size bed, contemporary furnishings, a height-adjustable swivel Smart TV that can be enjoyed from either the living area or the bed, and a fully equipped kitchen with a brand-new integrated dishwasher.



The modern bathroom features a rectangular sink, a rainfall shower with an adjustable handheld wand.



V177 Chic was thoughtfully styled to combine contemporary design with local Mexican character.



The living space features carefully selected statement pieces, while a beautiful three-piece tropical leaf artwork hangs above the king-size bed. The artwork was sourced from a local boutique and painted by Puerto Vallarta fine artist Luis Guzmán, adding a distinctive local touch to the space.

The condo is located on the same block as the Tryst Hotel, while La Palapa and El Dorado Family beach clubs are just a one-block walk away.



For even more beach and nightlife options, Blue Chairs, Green Chairs, and Mantamar Beach Club are approximately a three-block, flat walk from the property.
