One of the things we love most about this house is the space. Whether you are visiting Liverpool with family, friends or colleagues, there is room for everyone to settle in without feeling on top of one another. The bedrooms are particularly generous, and with four bathrooms plus an additional WC, larger groups can get ready for the day at the same time without the usual morning queue.

Look out of the window and you can even see Liverpool Cathedral, a lovely reminder of just how close you are to the heart of the city.

A HOME THAT WORKS PARTICULARLY WELL FOR GROUPS

The house has five bedrooms with large, comfortable rooms and plenty of space to unpack and settle in. Full-length mirrors are provided, which makes a real difference when everyone is getting ready for a wedding, celebration, graduation or a night out in Liverpool.

Having four bathrooms plus an additional WC also makes staying together as a group much easier, particularly when several people need to get ready at the same time.

There are individual workspaces and Wi-Fi too, making the house equally practical for colleagues, contractors and guests who need somewhere comfortable to work during a longer stay.

DINNER TOGETHER, PROPERLY

One of our favourite features of the townhouse is the separate dining room. Your group has a dedicated space to sit down together over breakfast, dinner or a takeaway after a day exploring Liverpool.

The kitchen is well suited to larger groups too, with a large double-hob cooker and oven, giving you the freedom to prepare proper meals at home rather than having to eat out every day.

For longer stays in particular, having a genuine kitchen and separate dining room helps the property feel much more like a home.

LIVERPOOL ON YOUR DOORSTEP

One of the best things about the location is how much of Liverpool you can reach on foot.

Liverpool ONE is around a 20-minute walk from the house, putting the city's shopping, restaurants, cafés and entertainment within easy reach. The arena is approximately a 25-minute walk away, and Liverpool Cathedral forms part of the view from the property itself.

It means you can leave the car behind, walk into the heart of the city, spend the day shopping, sightseeing or enjoying Liverpool's restaurants and nightlife, and then return to the space and privacy of your own townhouse.

For us, that combination is what makes the location particularly appealing: you are close enough to enjoy the city on foot, while having the space and comfort of a full house to come back to.

PARKING

A parking permit is available for one vehicle, providing additional convenience for guests arriving by car.

IDEAL FOR LONGER STAYS

The townhouse is not just somewhere to sleep. Its generous proportions, multiple bathrooms, proper kitchen, separate dining room, individual workspaces and Wi-Fi make it particularly comfortable when you are staying for more than a couple of nights.

There is room to spend time together when you want to, while the size of the house means everyone can still have their own space.

For us, it is the combination of space, character and location.

We love the generous rooms and Georgian proportions. We love having enough bathrooms for a larger group to stay comfortably. We love the separate dining room because it gives everyone a proper place to come together. We love catching sight of Liverpool Cathedral from the window.

And we particularly love being able to walk out of the house and into the heart of Liverpool, with Liverpool ONE around 20 minutes away on foot.
