This spacious, open-concept penthouse studio offers more than 1,150 sq. ft. of comfortable living space. The main area includes a modern living room, dining space, dedicated workspace and sleeping area beneath dramatic 22-ft ceilings.



Guests have access to a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a large walk-in closet, an in-unit washer and dryer, and a full bathroom with a tub and shower. The building also offers secure gated garage parking, elevator access, guest parking and a shared outdoor garden and grilling area.



Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the entire condo, including the full kitchen, living and sleeping areas, workspace, bathroom, walk-in closet and in-unit laundry.



You will also have access to one secure, gated covered parking space, the building elevator, additional uncovered guest parking, and the shared outdoor garden and grilling area.



The Neighborhood:

Located in Charlotte’s charming Elizabeth neighborhood, the condo puts you close to some of the city’s best dining, nightlife and attractions. Walk to neighborhood restaurants, coffee shops, wine bars and Independence Park, or head just minutes away to lively Plaza Midwood and Uptown Charlotte. You will also be conveniently located near Novant Health Presbyterian Medical Center and Atrium Health.



Getting Around:

The neighborhood is very walkable, with restaurants, shops and parks nearby. Uptown Charlotte and Plaza Midwood are just minutes away by car or rideshare. The CityLYNX Gold Line streetcar is also accessible nearby for exploring the city without a car. The property includes secure gated parking, making it easy to park and explore Charlotte from a convenient central location.

Pets and Furniture



Pets are welcome, but please keep them off the beds and sofas. This helps us maintain a clean and comfortable space for every guest. Guests may be responsible for pet-related stains, odors, damage or excessive cleaning beyond normal use.



Towels, Linens and Property Damage



Please take care of the towels, linens, furnishings and other items provided during your stay. Guests may be responsible for the replacement cost of lost or damaged items, as well as unexpected cleaning or repairs resulting from a violation of the house rules. Any reimbursement request will be submitted through Airbnb.



Forgotten Items



Please check the property carefully before checking out. We cannot guarantee that forgotten belongings will be found or recovered. When possible, our team will assist with returning located items. Guests are responsible for all shipping and handling costs, which will be requested through Airbnb.
