This home has just about everything you could hope for including an in-ground pool, pergola covered deck for lounging around the fire pit, a new Blackstone grill, pool table, huge fully-stocked kitchen and beautiful open-concept dining and living area. Living room features a huge, deep sectional with 82" smart TV and gas fireplace. A half-bath is conveniently located downstairs near the laundry room, right off the 2 car garage.
On the ground level you'll find the spectacular primary suite and attached ensuite with a soaking tub, oversized shower with body jets, double vanities and seated make-up area. The luxurious king bed is topped with plush bedding and a variety of pillows to suit everyone. A smart TV is mounted on the wall and a ceiling fan hangs from the vaulted ceilings.
Up stairs is a bedroom with twin beds, a bedroom with a queen bed and another large room with a King bed as well as a large full bathroom with double vanity and sky light.
Non-shedding pets are welcome by paying the pet fee.

This home has an EXTREMELY steep driveway and lots of different levels throughout the home and going into the backyard. This property is not recommended for anyone who has trouble climbing stairs.
Pool is not fenced off from the rest of the yard and caution should be used when in or around it. No children should be left outside unsupervised.
Lawn and pool maintenance is performed regularly and you may see people from our team during your stay. They will be as quick as possible and do their best not to disturb you.
The trash runs on Fridays and we have a special service that will come get the dumpsters, empty them and put them back so you do not need to put them at the curb.
Absolutely NO SMOKING of ANY kind inside the house. Outside is fine but please dispose of any evidence.
