The sleeping area includes two air-conditioned double bedrooms , intimate and comfortable. The bright living room with kitchen is the heart of the house: a convivial environment in which to relax, cook and share pleasant moments together. The double sofa bed can accommodate two other guests, while the bathroom completes the interior spaces.

Villa Ulìa is surrounded by a beautiful fully fenced garden , perfect for enjoying maximum privacy and tranquility. Trees, lush plants and a well-kept green lawn create a pleasant natural oasis in which to breathe the scents and colors of Sicily.
