Had an issue with the heat upstairs. Wasn’t able to turn the thermostat down past 70. Upstairs was much warmer than that. Called the next morning and they delivered us a large fan, helped tremendously.

What a perfect place for us to stay! We took our granddaughter to Moab for her spring break so it was the 3 of us. The condo was spotless upon our arrival, with all amenities available as listed. Bedrooms were spacious and beds very comfortable. We loved the layout with bedrooms upstairs and living space downstairs. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was fantastic, they even supplied laundry detergent for our use! We will definitely stay again if given the opportunity to visit the Moab area in the future.

It is very convenient to Moab and Arches NP. If you are looking for a nice, updated place with everything expectin a vacation rental this is not the place for you. Management company is not very accommodating either.
